PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the development of burr, the increase of thickness, etc., by enhancing the rigidity of a die. SOLUTION: A support block (16a) at the fixed side is disposed between an insert (9a) at the fixed side and a fitting plate (15a) at the fixed side, and the above supporting block (16a) at the fixed side is freely expanded/shrunk to a die clamping direction of the die (2).
