PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ssolve the problem that the viscosity control of molten metal or semi-molten metal is important in order to obtain a metallic molding less in casting defects, but the viscosity control is difficult only by means of the control of molten metal temperature, so that a stable molding is not realized. SOLUTION: The molding excellent in molding quality is stably obtained by molding magnesium alloy and magnesium or aluminum being a material chip, or both metal chips mixedly, thereby developing a controllable solid-phase in the molten metal to control the viscosity.
