PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve the trouble of a carer and to allow the user of a wheelchair to easily transfer himself/herself onto a toilet seat in a small toilet without help. SOLUTION: A toilet rolling chair includes a toilet seat 9 which is movable in the depth direction of the toilet along a handrail 6 arranged inside the toilet 5, horizontally movable at a height being nearly the same as that of the toilet seat 15, fixedly supported on one side end part through the use of brackets 8, 8 which can be rotated around the axis of the handrail 6 as a center and are provided with foldable legs 10 each with a caster in the other side end part, and also rotatable in a vertical direction.
