PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clothes-drying device changing the angle of an arm member in a simple structure and reducing a projecting part in being stored. SOLUTION: This clothes-drying device comprises the arm member 30 receiving a pole, a base member 14 to be attached to a building 12, retaining parts 20 and 21 retaining the arm member 30 and support parts 26 and 27 positioned near the tips of the retaining parts 20 and 21. The arm member 30 is provided with a frame part 32 formed with a pole receiving part 36 in its inside and an operation space 38 where the support parts 26 and 27 formed inside the frame part 32 are positioned. The frame part 32 is provided with a plurality of bearing parts 41 and 42 abutting on the support parts 26 and 27 from the upper part in the inside of its base end side and a locking part 40 provided in the base side of the bearing parts 41 and 42 and abutting on the base member 14 or the retaining parts 20 and 21 in the outside of its base end side.
