MANUFACTURING METHOD OF DIFFERENT SHRINKAGE BLEND YARN SPINNING TWO KINDS OF FIBERS HAVING DIFFERENT NON-WATER SHRINKAGE THROUGH SAME SPINNING DEVICE TO INCREASE PRODUCTIVITY

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of different shrinkage blend yarn is characterized by spinning two kinds of fibers having different non-water shrinkage through the same spinning device, increasing productivity and reducing production cost. CONSTITUTION: Different shrinkage blend yarn is obtained by the steps of: preparing two kinds of fibers having different non-water shrinkage on a spin-draw spinning device; composite-spinning core yarn and effect yarn, polyester containing 5-20mole% of isophthalic acid based on terephthalic acid through a spinning base divided into polymer spinning chambers(1)(2) for the core yarn and the effect yarn; making the core yarn passed on a direct drawing yarn path; making the effect yarn passed on a by-pass yarn path; and then doubling the core yarn and the effect yarn. One selected in core yarn polymer and effect yarn polymer contains 0.5-5mole% of a dimethyl sulfonate ingredient.
