<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for changing solutions utilized with ease, and a method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The fluid flow controlling system comprises a holder to hold a first container having a first solution in it, a processor unit having a controlling means of a flow connected to the holder, and a tray to hold a second container. The processor unit is so constituted that the flow controlling means should control the first solution flow from the first container in the holder.
