<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent container internal pressure from rising when two agents are mixed, and to prevent the inproper jetting of mixed liquid and the reduction of a sealing function after the two agent have been mixed from occurring by increasing the elastic force of an elastic button which is a dropper functional part, and to provide the stable and continuous dropping-injecting handling of the mixed liquid in a double-agent mixing-dropping container for which the dropper function is utilized. <P>SOLUTION: To an internal plug 7 which houses a second agent B which is immovably incorporated in the mouth 3 of a main body 1 which houses a first agent A, an external plug 17 is assembled by screwing in a manner to be unable to slip out in a state that declining displacement is made unable by a removable stopper ring 14. Under a decline-displaced state of the external plug 17 for the mixing of both agents, the inside of the container is leaked, and the internal pressure is prevented from rising.
