PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographic device which can be easily introduced and operated even without changing the existing system. SOLUTION: When the photographic device is installed in medical institutions such as a hospital, an installation personnel can start a setting mode by depressing a setting switch and set a using method such as setting of printing layout, setting of starting time, and setting of a method for starting use. Consequently, a photograph according to the size of margin parts of the existing consultation card and medical chart, etc. is printed, a photograph with prescribed background color is photographed, and the photographic device is introduced without changing the existing system.
