PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user-friendly interface which can simply set a warning setting mode and can simply and individually set a setting condition unique to each warning mode. SOLUTION: In an information apparatus 1 to be connected to human detection sensors of a plurality of terminal devices 11 by using a radio communication means 8, a liquid crystal panel 3 on the information apparatus has a setting function 31 with respect to the human detection sensor. The setting function can set warning according to the behavior of a person in a room, and comprises: a going-out warning mode which makes every sensor to be in a warning state when the person has gone out; an at-home warning mode which makes only a specific sensor to be in the warning state when the person is in a house; a warning resetting mode for resetting every warning state; and a setting mode which makes setting for each warning mode and each sensor for bringing about each warning state.
