<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power device utilizing wind, having a simple structure, and little failure. <P>SOLUTION: This power device has a vertical rotary shaft 12 arranged vertically and with at least one side rotatably supported, bearings 13 to 15 attached by crossing the vertical rotary shaft 12 at a right angle, integral type horizontal shafts 16 to 18 provided with protruding shafts 38, 39 supported by the bearings 13 to 15 so as to rotate substantially at 90 degrees and extending to both sides by using the vertical rotary shaft 12 at the center, and first and second blade members 19 to 24 fixed by changing a mounting phase by substantially 90 degrees on both sides of the horizontal shafts 16 to 18 and alternately changed in accordance with the rotation of the vertical rotary shaft 12 between a vertical condition of receiving maximum wind resistance and a horizontal condition of receiving minimum wind resistance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
