<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sorting management device for a retrieving object such as a medical chart capable of properly sorting and individually managing the retrieving object such as a medical chart, and preventing taking out of a wrong retrieving object. <P>SOLUTION: The sorting management device is provided with a retrieval slave unit 31 attached to the retrieving object 30, an intermediate management means 23 provided in a neighborhood of a retrieving object holding part 21, and a management means 10 for carrying out exchange of recognition information with the intermediate management means 23. It is composed so that the intermediate management means 23 can acquire the recognition information for specifying the retrieving object 30 from the retrieval slave unit 31, judgement of identity between recognition information regarding the retrieving object 30 and the recognition information acquired by the intermediate management means 23 instructed from the management means 10 to the intermediate management means 23 is carried out, and the intermediate management means 23 has an alarm generating means functioning so as to stimulate at least either one of vision or hearing on the basis of a result of the identity judgement of the recognition information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
