<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die-casting die having a degassing passage part formed in a simple structure and easily and reliably performing degassing. <P>SOLUTION: The die-casting die has degassing blocks 13 and 14 to form a degassing passage 30 communicated with a casting cavity 16. The degassing blocks 13 and 14 have a plurality of corrugated projecting bar parts 20 and recessed groove parts 22 facing each other. The projecting bar parts 20 and the recessed groove parts 22 facing each other form a space at a predetermined interval, and the space is communicated with the casting cavity 16 for a degassing passage 30. One degassing block 14 comprises a corrugated part forming member 24 having a recessed groove part 22 and a recessed holding member 26 which stores and fixes a base part 24a of the corrugated part forming member 24. The base part 24a of the corrugated part forming member 24 has a tapered part 32 formed of a pair of side surfaces which are tapered toward end parts and facing each other, and a storage part 34 of the holding member 26 is formed in a recess in which the tapered part 32 is fitted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
