PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protein kinase capable of utilizing a modified nucleotide triphosphate substrate that is not readily utilized by wild-type enzymes, methods of producing and using them, the modified nucleotide triphosphate substrate and methods of producing and using the substrate.

SOLUTION: Amino acids existing at the part relating to bondage to the nucleotide triphosphate substrate are substituted with other amino acids in the protein kinase.
