OPTICALLY REFLECTIVE STRUCTURE, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD, PHOTOMASK, AND DISPLAY DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optically reflective structure which reduces the influence of glare, is bright and is excellent in display performance, a display device, and a method of manufacturing the optically reflective structure.

SOLUTION: In producing the optically reflective structure for liquid crystal display device, a photosensitive resin layer is formed by using a photosensitive resin having a thermosetting property and the photosensitive resin layer is exposed by a proximity system using a photomask provided with a specific pattern and is then developed to form an insolubilized resin layer; further, the insolubilized resin layer is subjected to heat treatment to have the improved smoothness of the surface and to accelerate curing.
