<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable high production efficiency and quality to be stably maintained when obtaining a multiple cylinder intake manifold having a bending cylinder tube. <P>SOLUTION: In case of manufacture of a multiple cylinder intake manifold M having a surge tank T communicated to a feed source for intake air and a plurality of bending cylinder tubes A, B, and C constituted that the upper stream side is connected to the cylinder of an engine cylinder head through a port flange F and meanwhile the upper stream side is connected to the surge tank, two cylinder tubes A and B, the surge tank, and the port flange are integrally formed to mold a unit element Um, the remaining cylinder tube C is individually molded as an independent cylinder tube, and the independent cylinder tube is assembled to the unit element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
