PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable network service users to select a service and to access to the service while grasping intuitively contents of the service and a network environment. SOLUTION: An orthogonally polarized wave multiplex transmission device displays a terminal device 40 of the network service users as objects, a service providing server 20 for providing the service, a network 50 for connecting the terminal device 40 of the network service users and the terminal device 40 together. Further in the transmission device, band and traffic states of communication lines on this network 50 are displayed as an object. The broader the band of the communication lines, the wider the width of the objects indicating the band is displayed, so that in a site where the lines are busy, a large number of the objects indicating the traffic states are displayed.
