PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Internet telephone adapter device capable of executing transfer during a subscriber's absence economically. SOLUTION: In the Internet telephone adapter device, a subscriber network interface part to become an interface with subscribers, an Internet network interface part to become the interface with the Internet network, and a telephone set interface part to become the interface with an analog telephone set B5 are connected. The same device has a CPU 1 for control the whole device, a relay switch 8 for switching connections between the subscriber network interface part, the Internet network interface part, and the analog telephone set, a transfer button 15 for transferring an incoming call to the analog telephone set to an external telephone system such as a portable telephone system out of the office where the subscriber is, and a transferred party memory 17 for storing a telephone number of the external telephone device.
