PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate having a concealed indication invisible under visible light and not easily identified by unspecified people, while correctly identified when the concealed indication must be read. SOLUTION: This substrate has a concealed indication invisible under visible light, and has the concealed indication which is composed of at least one kind of stimulable luminescent dye and at least one kind of phosphors emitting light when stimulated with electromagnetic wave. For example, the concealed indication is formed by using the ink or paint containing at least one kind of stimulable luminescent dye, and the ink or paint containing at least one kind of phosphors emitting light when being stimulated by electromagnetic waves.
