PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic flowmeter for actualizing the enhancement of flow measurement accuracy by performing boundary layer control on a fluid in a flow path. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic flowmeter 10 or 20 is equipped with a flow measurement part 4 having an inner wall 40 for defining the flow path 9 of a measuring liquid, and at least one ultrasonic vibrator 1a or 1b provided on the inner wall 40 of the measurement part 4 for performing the transmission and/or reception of an ultrasonic.
