PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thienopyrimidine compound having gonadotropin-releasing hormone antagonism, and to obtain a medicament containing the same. SOLUTION: The compound expressed by the formula [R<SP>1</SP>is a 1-4C alkyl; R<SP>2</SP>is (1) a five- to seven-membered nitrogen-containing heterocyclic radical which may have a substituent selected from (1') a halogen, (2') hydroxy, (3') a 1-4C alkyl, and (4') a 1-4C alkoxy, (2) phenyl which may have a substituent selected from (1') a halogen, (2') a 1-4C alkoxy-1-4C alkyl, (3') a mono 1-4C alkyl-carbamoyl-1-4C alkyl, (4') a 1-4C alkoxy, and (5') a mono 1-4C alkylcarbamoyl-1-4C alkoxy, or the like; R<SP>3</SP>is a 1-4C alkyl; R<SP>4</SP>is a 1-4C alkoxy, or the like; and (n) is an integer of 1 to 4] or its salt is provided in the specification.
