PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heating performance of a rear seat by compensating for a heat loss even if the length of a rear heat duct is longer than a front heat duct. SOLUTION: The inside of a case 8 is provided with a heat passage 55 having the upstream end communicated with a mix chamber 15, and having a downstream side part branched off and communicated with front and rear heat ports 57 and 58, and a butterfly type heat damper 63 for opening-closing the heat passage 55 on the upstream side of a branch position to these front and rear heat ports 57 and 58. When the heat damper 63 opens the heat passage 55, a damper part 63c divides an upstream side part of the heat passage 55 into a first passage 55a positioned on the downstream end side of a hot air passage 14 to the damper part 63c, and allowing a part of hot air mainly from the hot air passage 14 to flow to the rear heat port 58 by being guided by the damper part 63c, and a second passage 55b positioned on the opposite side of the downstream end of the hot air passage 14 to the damper part 63c, and allowing temperature-adjusted air to flow from the mix chamber 15.
