PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen auxiliary device capable of reducing a cost by automatically breaking a bulk of object to be sieved on a screen, and a screen apparatus. SOLUTION: The screen 20 is supported inclinedly against an installing surface by a support member 10. A feed port 30 is provided on the support member 10 and is arranged above an upper surface at a lower end side of the screen 20. Either of a pair of rotation shafts 43a, 43b is rotatable by a motive power. A winding medium section 44 is wound on the rotation shafts 43a, 43b. A base part 45 rotatably supports the rotation shafts 43a, 43b and the winding medium section 44 is arranged along an upper surface of the screen 20 and is fixed to the support member 10. A sliding part 42 extends in a direction crossing a movement direction of the winding medium section 44 along an outer surface of the winding medium section 44. When the rotation shafts 43a, 43b are driven, the sliding part 42 is projected out from the outer surface so as to be slidable from a lower end side of the upper surface of the screen 20 to a upper end side of the upper surface.
