PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of being troublesome in operation, and being inferior in easiness-to-use due to being unusable if a push-button part is not operated each time by a finger in use in a comb-shaped scalp cleaning tool. SOLUTION: This comb-shaped scalp cleaning tool has a liquid feeding passage 18 inside, and has a grip 15 for arranging a liquid feeding passage outlet 18a on the front end. A liquid supply passage is arranged inside, and a comb 20 is arranged on the base end of liquid supply passage inlets 21b and 22b. The comb is installed on the front end of the grip, and liquid supplied via the liquid feeding passage in the grip and the liquid supply passage in the comb is delivered from a liquid supply passage outlet arranged in comb teeth 25. The comb can freely rotate to a first position for not communicating the liquid supply passage inlet with the liquid feeding passage outlet and a second position for communicating with the liquid feeding passage outlet, and is always energized to the first position by arranging a torsion coil spring (an energizing spring) 29 between the grip and the comb.
