<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an office work management system that enables a person concerned to easily input and refer to information on work processes. <P>SOLUTION: The office work management system 10, which accepts a work request and manages a sequential flow of work, comprises a workflow execution processing part 34 for generating, upon a work request from a terminal device 22, a progress management table into which information on each work process comprising the work can be input for reference, and if a superior's approval is necessary in a given work process, giving necessary information to the superior to request approval, and a progress management table DB 44 for storing the progress management table.
