<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a short-circuiting accident from occurring by preventing a foreign matter, such as, dust, etc. from being invaded from above a charger in a distribution board. <P>SOLUTION: The structure of a charger protective cover of the distribution board includes protrusions 3b formed at the tip of a charger supporting base 3. Pawls 4a lockable to the protrusions 3b are formed on the charger cover 4. A clipped part 5 is formed so as to be opposed to widths of the charger supporting base 3 and a copper bar 2.
