<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage caused by heat generated in a bypass circuit of a capacitor device that comprises a bank composed of a plurality of capacitor elements connected to one another in series, a bypass circuit connected in parallel to the capacitor elements, and a switch means for opening/closing the bypass circuit. <P>SOLUTION: Means (S3.1-S3.7) control a switch means 15 of a bypass circuit 12 so that the temperature of the bypass circuit 12 does not rise excessively at a discharge requirement from a capacitor element 11 to the bypass circuit 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
