<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable disk grinder which enables a stable work by extending the total length according to the content of the work although it is short in entire length and excellent in portability and storage characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The portable disk grinder is formed of a main body and an outer frame doubling as a main body holding portion held by one or both the hands of the operator when it is in use.
