PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for transferring image information from a film with lens which can utilize the image photographed by a camera with lens at a portable terminal. SOLUTION: The method for transferring the image includes the steps of taking out undeveloped film (82, 182) after photographing from the film with lens (80) and developing the undeveloped film (82, 182), generating a digital image (110) by scanning the developed film, uploading the digital image onto a web site (20) based on image transfer request information (96, 196), and downloading digital data (120) corresponding to the digital image to the portable terminal (70) from the web site.
