PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a firm frame having excellent heat insulating and sealing performance being easily fitted to the peripheral edge part of a panel forming a space exclusively used as an entrance opened in a wall surface formed of panels. SOLUTION: This frame for the entrance or the like of a panel construction/building is provided with a frame member 1 made of hard plastic molding, thick-walled, long-sized and having excellent strength, and a long-sized mounting plate 5 made of aluminum molding and bound to the frame member 1. In mounting the mounting plate 5 to the frame member 1, the front end of a side face frame 3 of the frame member 1 is fitted to a recess 7 and connected so that both frame member and mounting plate 1, 5 are not dislocated from each other, and the frame member 1 and the mounting plate 5 are firmly and integrally bound by fastening a bolt 11 inserted through bolt holes 4, 10 of both frame member and mounting plate, with a nut 12. At the same time, the peripheral edge part of the panel 8 is powerfully clamped and connected in a heat insulated and sealed state to form the frame extremely firm with excellent heat insulating and sealing performance without coming off easily.
