PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic building material free from attraction of dust due to static electricity, uncomfotable feeling due to electric discharge between the material and the human skin, not causing a fault on electric appliances, etc. and further having an excellent design as well by releasing static electricity generated by friction or the like to the substrate material without accumulation of the static electricity on the surface. SOLUTION: A synthetic resin mounting material 2 on which at least on the surface part an antistatic treatment is applied is stuck to the surface of a base material 1 made of synthetic resin applied with conductivity. At least in the executed state, conductivity between the base material 1 and the surface of the mounting material 2 is executed as the feature of the antistatic building material.
