PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for a unit building, which enables a plurality of building units to be easily and accurately joined together, and which can simplify a working process. SOLUTION: This construction method for the unit building, wherein the building units 10 arranged at intervals on both sides of a foundation 1 are connected together by coupling members 5, comprises a first process for constructing the foundation 1 where unit placing parts Y are provided on both the sides and where a coupling member placing part J is provided between the placing parts Y, a second process for installing the coupling member 5 on the placing part J, a third process for installing the building unit 10 on the placing part Y, and a fourth process for connecting the coupling member 5 with the building unit 10; and the third process is performed after the second process.
