<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the number of processes for the formation of a resilient-force acceptance part and an override locking part is increased because not only the resilient force acceptance part but also the overrun locking part is formed, and that not only the necessity of a great force but also the difficulty of assembly is caused because a coil spring is locked to the locking part while being pushed and extended. <P>SOLUTION: A retractable writing implement is fitted with a refill which is urged downward by a resilient member, and a diameter-reduced part, which is formed in the resilient member, is fitted into the refill. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
