INFORMATION DISTRIBUTION DEVICE, INFORMATION DISTRIBUTION METHOD AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fully utilize a large capacity information distribution capability of digital broadcast and to efficiently use distributed additional information.

SOLUTION: An information distribution device is provided with a receiving antenna 32 which receives the digital broadcast consisting of: contents information distributed from a digital broadcasting station 12; the additional information corresponding to the contents information; and header information in which the headers of the additional information are enumerated. The information distribution device is further provided with: a hard disk 34 which stores the received digital broadcast; a request acceptance part 38 which requests selection of a header from displayed header information to a viewer in the case of displaying the contents information and the header information, receives header selection information from the viewer; and a request processing part 40 which outputs additional information corresponding to the headers stored in the hard disk 34 to a viewer terminal when the selection information is received by the request acceptance part 38.
