<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a multilayer piezoelectric ceramics which can be sintered at low temperatures than before and has no decreases in breakdown voltage. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the multilayer piezoelectric ceramics composed of a plurality of piezoelectric ceramic layers comprises the steps of coating a solution containing Ag ion to a piezoelectric ceramics raw material sheet, printing electrodes to the piezoelectric ceramics raw material sheet coated by the solution including the Ag ion, obtaining a crimped body by crimping a plurality of piezoelectric ceramics raw material sheets printing the electrodes, firing the crimped body, and burning external electrodes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
