<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system evaluating business contents of each operator. <P>SOLUTION: In this automatic contract reception system, a plurality of automatic contract reception machines 104 installed in stores of a financial institution and operating one after another by operation of a customer oneself, a plurality of center management terminals 101 installed isolatedly from the automatic contract reception machines 104 and operating one after another by operation of the operator, a scheduling server 100 executing an assignment process between the automatic contract reception machine 104 and the center management terminal 101, and a host computer 102 acquiring customer information or registering contract information by an inquiry or registration telegram from the center management terminal 101 are connected to a WAN or the like to constitute a network.
