PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure detector that has a simple configuration and can be manufactured inexpensively. SOLUTION: The pressure detector 2 for detecting a pressure state at a space to be detected has a pressure change response pipe 5 changing its sectional shape according to a change in the pressure of the space to be detected. The pressure change response pipe 5 is formed, for example, by an elastic material. The pressure detector 2 preferably has an amplification means 4 for amplifying the degree of change in the sectional shape of the pressure change response pipe 5 for propagation.
