PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baby holder capable of being easily stored in a state suitable for carrying. SOLUTION: The baby holder is provided with a back pad part 2, a waist belt 3 attached to the lower end part of the back pad part 2 to be put on the waist of a user, and a shoulder belt 4 attached to the back pad part 2 to be put on the shoulders of the user. Also, on the back pad part 2, a winding member 13 to be wound around the folded back pad part 2 and shoulder belt 4 is provided slidably in a vertical direction and a locking member 15 for locking the winding member 13 is provided.
