PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust cover 1 for a ball joint capable of improving rupture resistance without increasing thickness of a film part 5 of a dust cover main body 2, and eliminating directivity in protection by a protector 9 to achieve sufficient protecting effect. SOLUTION: This dust cover 1 for a ball joint comprises the protector 9 to cover the dust cover main body 2 provided with the film part 5. The protector 9 is the one comprising elastic material installed on an outer diametric surface of the film part 5 of the dust cover main body 2 to elastically deform with the film part 5.
