PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plug which can be easily and efficiently press-fitted in a hole drilled in a surface to be drilled. SOLUTION: In the cylindrical plug, a screw member is screwed in an insertion hole drilled in the surface to be drilled in a press-fitting manner. The cylindrical plug comprises a large diameter part formed in the insertion hole in a press-fitting manner and a small diameter part to be inserted in the insertion hole. The small diameter part is formed on at least any one of end parts, and the shape thereof is formed so as to maintain the inserted state in the insertion hole. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
