PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of a discharged earth treatment apparatus by unitizing component devices. SOLUTION: The discharged earth treatment apparatus is formed of: an apparatus main body 5; a negative pressure tank 7 arranged on the top of the main body, for sucking excavated earth, sand, etc.; a vacuum generating device 9 for decompressing the interior of the negative pressure tank 7. A continuous earth discharging pump 11 is arranged below the negative pressure tank 7, for continuously discharging the earth, sand, etc. in the negative pressure tank 7. An earth/sand separating device 13 is arranged below the continuous earth discharging pump 11, for separating the earth, sand, etc. discharged from the continuous earth discharging pump 11 into sand, slurry, water, etc. A storage tank 15 is arranged below the earth separating device 13, for storing the water etc. separated by the earth separating device 13. A slurry hardening and earth recycling device 17 is arranged adjacently to the earth separating device 13, for hardening the slurry from the earth separating device 13 and generating and discharging recycled earth.
