PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-pressure injection water cutoff method which enables appropriate cutoff by establishing required performance, that is, injection filling properties, cutoff adhesive properties and durability, even for a water leakage crack such as a cracked part of a concrete structure and a placing joint part thereof, and a cut-off material for use in the method. SOLUTION: In this high-pressure injection cutoff method, a plurality of cut-off material injecting holes 2 are vertically drilled to a prescribed depth in such a manner as to correspond to the water leakage crack 3 of the concrete structure 1; an injection plug 5 with a drainage mechanism is arranged in an opening 6 of the hole 2; a head part 5-1 of the injection plug 5 is removed for drainage and a seal 13 of the water leakage crack is applied; next, the head part 5-1 of the injection plug 5 is screwed after the solidification of the seal 13; and after that, the cutoff material 19 is pressure-injected so as to be infilled into the hole 2 and the crack 3.
