PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an encryption communication method for promptly and easily performing communication restart processing after communication interruption in encryption communication of a mobile terminal. SOLUTION: In the encryption communication method, each of the mobile terminal 1 and a home agent counts interruption time from the communication interruption to communication restoration and generates a new common key based on its counted value when the communication interruption is generated between the mobile terminal 1 and the home agent at the time of the encryption communication by a MobileIPv6 (Mobile IP version 6). Thus, negotiation using a public key encryption system with high processing load is omitted, and safe encryption processing is promptly and easily restarted by using the new common key.
