PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce voltage variation in a power source for a CPU by remarkably reducing effective inductance of a multilayer capacitor. SOLUTION: An inner conductor 14 is arranged in a dielectric voxel somatic 12, and an inner conductor 16 is arranged in the side of the back of the inner conductor 14 separating a ceramic layer. Length W of a side of the voxel somatic 12 along the lamination direction of the ceramic layer is made greater than lengths L, T of two sides along the direction intersecting a side along the lamination direction (Y axis direction). Cut portions 18 are formed in inner conductors 14, 16. Through conduit portions 20A, 20B constitute part of the inner conductor 14 sandwiching the cut portions 18.
