PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a shock-absorbing material which is as less wasteful as possible even when an outline shape of a product to be carried is changed, and can be used for carrying the product after the outline shape is changed. SOLUTION: Shock-absorbing materials 4 and 5 are deformable into a first shape corresponding to a shape of a product 1 to be carried before an outline thereof is changed, and a second shape corresponding to a shape of a product 1A to be carried after the outline thereof is changed from the first shape. The first shape is formed by combining body parts 8 and 10 corresponding to the second shape with deformation parts 9 and 11 detachable from the body parts, and the second shape is formed by detaching the deformation parts 9 and 11 from the body parts 8 and 10.
