PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability and a commodity characteristic of a vehicular air conditioner by surely draining a condensate generated in an evaporator 37 outside a case 8 even if there are a change in a car body attitude and a splash of the condensate in the vehicular air conditioner for vertically arranging the evaporator 37 in an air passage 12 in the case 8, and horizontally arranging a heater core 44 on the downstream side of this evaporator 37. SOLUTION: A mix damper 46 for changing a mixing rate of cold air and hot air is arranged on the downstream side of the heater core 44. A lower case 10 bottom part on the substantially lower side of the heater core 44 is respectively inclined so that a front side part 10a advances upward to the evaporator 37, and a rear side part 10b advances upward to the heater core 44, and is formed in a cross-sectional shape of expansively opening upward in a taper shape. A drain port 68 is opened in the lowest end part 10c. Even if the car body attitude inclines when a vehicle climbs, or the condensate splashes from the evaporator 37, the condensate always gathers in the drain port 68 of the lower case 10 bottom part on the substantially lower side of the heater core 44.
