PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endless track traveling device preventing the damage of an endless track and deformation hindering rotations of the endless track, by smoothly rotating the endless track. SOLUTION: The traveling device winds the endless track 44 around a driving wheel 29, a straining wheel 39, and a plurality of follower wheels 35, 35 provided in one of right and left sides of a rolling wheel frame 33. A rotating element 50 having a diameter smaller than a first rolling wheel 35a is provided at a position that is before a front end portion of the rolling wheel frame 33 and not in front of the first rolling wheel 35a positioned in the forefront portion of the plurality of the follower wheels 35, 35. A rotating element 57 having a diameter smaller than a last rolling wheel 35g is provided at a position that is behind a rear end portion of the rolling wheel frame 33 and not at the rear of the last rolling wheel 35g positioned at the rearmost portion of the plurality of the follower wheels 35, 35.
