The cutter consists of a base plate (1) with blades (5), which are at a distance of at least 1cm to the edge of the plate. A slide (2) with hand grip (6) moves in guide rails in the side parts (3) on either side of the plate, to move a sausage through the blades. An upper blade holder (4) is height-adjustable between the side parts.
