<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door weather strip having draining function in the mold forming part at the upper end part of a door frame on the hinge-free side in the door weather strip with latch of a car in which a door with latch and another door are formed in double door on a vehicle body. <P>SOLUTION: A center pillar is not installed in the vehicle body 1, and the door 3 with latch and another door 2 are installed in the vehicle body 1. In this door weather strip installed in a door frame 3d having mounting holes 3f for mounting a latch 6 formed at the upper end part of the door frame 3d with latch on the hinge-free side, an indoor wall 12 elastically coming into contact with the cabin side surface of the door frame 3d is installed at a molded part 11 installed at the upper end of the door frame 3d on the hinge-free side to a position right above the mounting holes 3f.
