<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article distribution/inventory control system by the Internet capable of performing efficient delivery and optimum inventory control when the same article is ordered from a plurality of ordering persons. <P>SOLUTION: This system comprises the plurality of ordering persons 1 for ordering the article b and a delivery person 2 for receiving an order of the article from the ordering persons and preparing the article.
