<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin IC card/IC tag sensor in which a power source device for obtaining a more stable power and a collating device using the power source device are assembled, in an IC card/IC tag sensor device using vibratory energy transmitted to a space as a portion of an energy source. <P>SOLUTION: A power source system constituted by combining a solar battery cell with an electric double layer capacitor connected to the solar battery cell in parallel is used as a power source for a non-contact IC card/IC tag sensor device. A cell output voltage is adjusted so as to be higher than a capacitor voltage for storage, and the capacitor voltage for storage is adjusted so as to be higher than an antenna coil voltage, so that a signal can be stably emitted to the extent of several meters from the IC card/IC tag sensor device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
